How can I support Students?

Faculty tend to be the first point of contact for a lot of student inquiries. This is natural as faculty develop strong bonds with students but it's important to rely on experts to address issues outside the contemporary classroom. St. Lawrence College has a team of very talented student support representatives from multiple departments that can help students.

Take some time to familiarize yourself with the list of modified student services and bookmark the following websites to receive more updated information on any upcoming changes.

Student Services during COVID-19

While College Campuses are closed to students, a variety of modified services remain available to students remotely:

ITS Support (students)

Call the ITS team

The main Student IT Service Desk phone (available to all students) is manned Monday to Friday from 8:00am – 10:00pm and 9:00am – 3:00pm Saturday and Sunday. Students should call ext. 1000 from within the College or dial your local campus main number and then ext. 1000 when not on campus.

The Staff IT Service Desk is available Monday to Friday from 8:00am – 4:00pm, and closed Saturday and Sunday. Staff should call ext. 4357 from within the college or dial the local campus main number and then ext. 4357 when not on campus.
