ITS Support

How can the Information Technology Service (ITS) team support our students?

Faculty tend to be the first point of contact for a lot of student inquiries. This is natural as faculty develop strong bonds with students but it's important to rely on experts to address issues outside the contemporary classroom. St. Lawrence College has a team of very talented student support representatives from multiple departments that can help students.

The main Student IT Service Desk phone (available to all students) is manned Monday to Friday from 8:00am – 10:00pm and 9:00am – 3:00pm Saturday and Sunday. Students should call ext. 1000 from within the College or dial your local campus main number and then ext. 1000 when not on campus.

The Staff IT Service Desk is available Monday to Friday from 8:00am – 4:00pm, and closed Saturday and Sunday. Staff should call ext. 4357 from within the college or dial the local campus main number and then ext. 4357 when not on campus.
