The Teaching Excellence framework at SLC fosters professional growth by positioning teaching as an evolving practice. This Professional Growth Plan (PGP) template is intended to support educators in identifying personal learning goals that will enable them to further explore the various teaching domains included within this framework. Please note that a PGP is intended to be time bound and reflect an individual's current professional learning needs, which are expected to evolve over time.
