SoTL Fellowship Program (SFP):
Connect with Us (SCTL) and the SLC Research Office to express interest and prepare an application to submit your SoTL/educational research proposal to one of the internal Academic Scholarship Funding Programs or an external grant. Review the Research Office’s recommended steps to ensure the necessary approvals for your project before submitting your application internally using the Research and Scholarship Funding Webform. All external grant applications must go through the Research Office.
If your internal or external SoTL/educational project grant application is successful, you will be automatically enrolled in the SoTL Fellowship Program (SFP).
As a SoTL Fellow, you will work closely with the Educational Developer – SoTL to set project goals, timelines, and deliverables, to meet the conditions of your funding agreement. For the duration of your project, you and the EdDev – SoTL will meet regularly on an agreed-upon schedule to collaboratively monitor, discuss, and share feedback on your project-in-progress until completion. The role of the EdDev – SoTL is a resource to guide and support your professional learning as you engage in educational research.
